Ducks for the Special Olympics

So far we’ve raised $225, thats 45 ducks! The Action Team’s goal is 100 ducks by August 6th, so spread the word and invite people to this group! Its been 2 weeks since someone has donated to this team!

More info:On August 6th approximately 25,000 rubber ducks will take the plunge into the East River and race from the Brooklyn Bridge to South Street Seaport for the 2008 Million Dollar Duck Race.

This fundraising event helps insure that our 46,106 Special Olympics Athletes in New York continue to receive year-round sports training and athletic competitions and that neither the athlete, their family nor their caregiver will ever have to pay to participate in
